Ich vermiete mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer befristet für drei Monate. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² gross, hell und vollständig eingerichtet – ideal für Berufstätige oder Studierende, die eine komfortable Lösung auf Zeit suchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebendigen und gut angebundenen Zürich Wiedikon. Sie wurde 2021 komplett renoviert, ist modern ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

Zur Wohnung

• Maisonette über zwei Etagen (Zugang zum zweiten Stock entweder via angebotenem Zimmer oder über Balkon/Dachterrasse)
• Grosszügige Dachterrasse (auch wenn sie im Winter eher weniger in Gebrauch sein wird)
• Gemütliches und grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum angebotenen Zimmer
• Kleines Homeoffice Büro mit Schreibtisch
• Voll ausgestattete Küche
• Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung
• Velo kann bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden
• Tiefgaragenplatz optional mietbar

Zu den Mitbewohner:innen
Du teilst die Wohnung mit C. (m) und A. (w), beide Ende 30 und berufstätig. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist offen, unkompliziert und respektvoll. Gemeinsames Kochen oder gelegentliche Aktivitäten sind möglich – aber kein Muss.

I’m renting out my fully furnished room in a shared apartment for a limited period of three months. The room is approximately 12 m², quiet, bright, and ideal for professionals or students looking for a comfortable temporary stay in Zurich.
The apartment is located in the lively and well-connected neighbourhood of Zurich Wiedikon. It was fully renovated in 2021 and is modern, cosy, and spacious.

About the apartment
The flat is a two-storey maisonette with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large rooftop terrace (likely less in use during winter, but still a nice feature). The living room is directly accessible and offers large and cozy space. There is an additional small office room with a working desk which can be used as home office location. Access to second floor goes either through the room or via external stair on the roof terrace.
A bike is available for use if needed.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented separately.

About your flatmates
You’ll be sharing the apartment with C. (male) and A. (female), both in their end-30s and working full-time. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and respectful. Cooking together or occasional shared activities are welcome but not expected.
