Room in a shared flat

We are: 3 ETH students and 1 Internship student (19-21). The internship student will move out at the end of July 2026. Therefore we are looking for 1 simple and nice students or a couple/expats/ trainees/phd students/post docs. More details are as follows: Address: Rifertstrasse x, 8134 Adliswil Rent: CHF 890 including: up to CHF 70 for electricity, water, heating CHF 45 extra for WIFI, Waste Delivery fee, Radio/Tv fee and Cleaning twice a month in shared area About the location: 20min to Google, 10 min walk to IBM Center. It is 400m away from Adliswil Railway station. 16min with S-train from Adliswil Station to Zürich main station (for the moment 20min as S4 is in renovation till 19.Oct between Saalsporthalle und Selnau). 25min-30min to ETH and University Zürich. 10 min to Thawil and Kilchberg. 400m to other Coop, Migros, and Denner super markets. Post, Bank, are also there within 400m. Café, bakery, Restaurants, Pizzeria are just in the corner within 100m. It is very central. The public transportation is very convenient. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Swimming pool, tennis place, football place, Cable car in the mountains are also there. It is a small village with a lot of green on one hand, on the other hand within 10 minutes you are in the city... Really nice and with quality... About the room: The room is furnished with a small double bed, mattress (140\*200cm), table, chair, cupboard. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. 3 people share 1 Bath/WC, 1 person has her own extra Bathroom. One kitchen for the whole floor. Garden is available. Laundry is in the basement. Parking is available. Note: **The photos are old.
