Hey zusammen! :)

Da ich kurzfristig ein Zimmer in Zürich gefunden habe, suche ich jemanden, der mein WG-Zimmer in Windisch übernehmen möchte. Ein Einzug wäre bereits im November möglich, das genaue Datum ist flexibel.

Das Zimmer liegt am Tulpenweg in WIndisch (20min entfernt von Brugg Bahnhof) in einer 7er-WG und ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und Kleiderschrank.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 820 pro Monat, inklusive Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet. Zur WG gehören eine gemeinsame Küche, ein Aufenthaltsraum, drei Badezimmer/WCs und ein schöner Garten.

Since I recently found a room in Zurich on short notice, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Windisch. Moving in would already be possible in November, with some flexibility regarding the exact date.
The room is located at Tulpenweg in Windisch (20min from Brugg Train station) in a shared flat with 7 people. It's fully furnished with a bed, desk, office chair and wardrobe, so you can basically move straight in.

Rent: CHF 820/month, including heating, electricity, water and internet.
The flat has a shared kitchen, living/dining area, three bathrooms/toilets and a nice garden around the house.

Wir suchen

Jemanden, der gerne in einer WG wohnen möchte und die Voraussetzungen von Stuwo (Studentisches Wohnen Brugg-Windisch) erfüllt.
Das Wohnangebot richtet sich an Studierende (z. B. FHNW), Doktorierende und junge Berufstätige bzw. Personen in Ausbildung.
Die endgültige Auswahl und Vertragsvergabe erfolgen durch Stuwo.

Someone who enjoys shared living and meets the requirements of Stuwo (Studentisches Wohnen Brugg-Windisch), which manages the accommodation.
The housing is intended for students (e.g. FHNW), PhD students, interns and young professionals in training.

Wir sind

Eine 7er-WG in Windisch, in der Küche, Aufenthaltsraum und Badezimmer gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Die Zimmer werden durch Stuwo verwaltet, das unter anderem Wohnraum für Studierende und internationale Doktorierende vom PSI anbietet.

The accommodation is managed by Stuwo, which provides housing for students and young researchers, including international PhD students working at PSI.
