Available to rent for one year with possibility of extension. Your Room Approx. 35 m², bright, quiet. Large built-in wardrobe (room comes with few pieces of furniture details below). Highlights: Private Sauna, cozy fireplace, private rooftop terrace. Convenience: 3 bathrooms (no morning rush!), storage, cellar, weekly cleaning service. The Vibe and Cleanliness You share with 5 professionals (26–35y). We have busy schedules but truly enjoy a social environment – whether it's a chat in the kitchen or a glass of wine by the fireplace. IMPORTANT: Since we all work hard, coming home to a clean and tidy space is essential for us. We are looking for someone who naturally shares this standard and helps keep our home inviting.
