Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner fur eine Zweier WG im Gundeli Quartier. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern sowie einer Kuche und einem Badezimmer und hat insgesamt 78 m2.

Das vermietete Zimmer ist hell und mit 9 m2 grosszugig geschnitten. Es hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Ausserdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer das gerne mitgestaltet werden darf.

Die Lage ist zentral. Coop und der Bahnhof Basel SBB sind in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Der Margarethenpark liegt direkt nebenan. Die Tramlinien 2 und 26 und die Buslinie 36 sind auch ganz in der Nahe.
Die Blauensteinerstrasse ist eine gemutliche Quartierstrasse mit einer freundlichen familiaren Atmosphare. Es hat auch eine Tischtennisplatte vor dem Haus.

Deine zukunftige Mitbewohnerin ist Kaya eine sympathische 30 jahrige Frau die als Lehrerin arbeitet und gleichzeitig ihr Lehrdiplom absolviert. Sie legt Wert auf ein gemutliches einladendes Zuhause in dem man sich wohlfuhlt.
Idealerweise suchen wir eine berufstatige Person oder eine berufstatige beziehungsweise etwas altere Studentin oder einen Studenten die oder der rucksichtsvoll und respektvoll ist. Du haltst die gemeinsam genutzten Raume ordentlich kommunizierst offen und schatzst ein entspanntes und freundliches Zusammenleben wobei du gleichzeitig die Privatsphare der anderen Person respektierst.

Looking for a new flatmate to join a lovely shared flat in Basels Gundeli neighbourhood. The apartment has three rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom with a total area of 78 square meters.
The room is bright and spacious at 9 m2 with plenty of room to make it your own. It comes unfurnished and has direct access to the balcony.

The location is a 5 minute walk from Coop and Basel SBB right next to Margarethenpark and close to tram line 2 and bus line 36. Tram line 26 is also nearby making it easy to get around Basel. It is on the third floor with no lift.
Blauensteinerstrasse is a lovely neighbourhood street with a friendly local feel and little extras like a ping pong table nearby.

Your future flatmate is Kaya a lovely 30 year old woman who works as a teacher while pursuing her teaching diploma. She appreciates having a comfortable welcoming home.
Ideally we are looking for a working professional or a working or mature student who is considerate and respectful. Someone who keeps shared spaces tidy communicates openly and enjoys a friendly home while respecting each others privacy and downtime.
