Room in a shared flat

We are renting two beautiful rooms with a shared bathroom on the top floor of a single-family house. An upbeat student lives in the already rented room. For the second room (20 m2) we are looking for a new female resident. In addition to the private room, there is an open space for shared use as a living room (14m2), which has cooking facilities (hotplates, microwave and refrigerator). The sink is located in the bathroom. The room costs 650.- Chf. Price incl. all service charges and internet. Laundry facilities available, garden for shared use.
