Room in a shared flat

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, study table, office chair, tv table, and bedside table. A separate Wi-Fi connection is available for the tenant. Please note: Living room is not shared. The room is the guest bedroom in my 3.5 room apartment. The dining area, kitchen, and bathroom are shared with me and occassionally with my partner. CHF 1050 per month including gross rent for furnished room with utilities (heating, water, serafe, elecrticity and internet). Room can be rent from 01.10.2026 or earlier by arrangment. 5/10 minutes to Oerlikon by train/tram 15 minutes to Zürich HB Zürich Flughafen (Airport) and Kloten Centrum is 3 minutes by bus or 15 min walking Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner and Lidl with 10 mins walking distance or 3 min by bus Note: When you respond to the ad introduce yourself briefly, mention your preferred date and time for the visit and the preferred starting date.
