I am moving out to live with a friend therefore I am looking for a replacement tenant (Nachmieter) to take over the lease for this 17.5 m² furnished room/unit. The current lease runs until September 30th, 2026. There is the possibility to extend or sign a new long-term lease directly with the property management.
