Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a very well-located shared apartment room from 1 October or by arrangement.

The room is relatively large (approx. 18m^2) in a renovated old building apartment. Should space become a bit too tight, the apartment also has a huge attic and a cellar compartment. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the apartment. The house also has a shared terrace.
In just 5 min. on foot, you are at the Hauptbahnhof and in 1 min. at the nearest Coop. Nevertheless, the area is quiet.

You would share the apartment with Sigi (27), working in software engineering, he likes volleyball, his bike and Slavic languages, and with Lara (25) in her biology master's studies, she likes climbing, hiking and traveling.

The atmosphere is relaxed, we cook or do something together sometimes, but everything is very uncomplicated.
