Room in a shared flat

I am offering a short-term sublet for my room in December, with a possibility of extending it (availability could vary).

About the Setup:

• The Space: You will be sharing the flat with two other people. The kitchen and bathroom are shared communal spaces.
• The Perks: Rent is completely all-inclusive! High-speed internet and all utilities are covered in the price, so you won't have to worry about extra bills.

Who We Are Looking For: We are searching for a calm, tidy, and respectful flatmate who values a peaceful living environment. We would prefer a fellow student (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD), but clean and respectful young professionals are also welcome.
