Die Wohnung ist vom 01.01.27 - 21.02.27 verfügbar.
Home Office Bildschirm ist benutzbar, zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Balkon. Parkplatz könnte man optional dazumieten, Kosten bei zusätzlichen 80 CHF.

As I will be going on holiday for 2 months, I am renting out my apartment and looking for a reliable subtenant.
The apartment is located 2 minutes from the lake, 2 minutes from shopping facilities, and 10 minutes from the forest and Lucerne train station. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.
The apartment is available from 01.01.27 to 21.02.27.
A parking space can optionally be rented for an additional CHF 80.
