We are renting out our charming 2.5-room old building apartment in the popular Neubad district in Luzern, as we will be traveling for a longer period of time.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and ready to move in. It features a cozy living room, a separate dining and study room, as well as a bedroom with a large bed. The apartment is ideally suited for one single person or a couple.

Also included with the apartment are two small balconies. Additionally, a large shared roof terrace as well as the shared laundry room can be used.

The location:

• Bus stop approx. 2 minutes walking distance away
• Luzern station approx. 15 minutes walking distance away
• Shopping facilities approx. 10 minutes walking distance away

CHF 2'090.– per month – everything included.
All service charges (Nebenkosten) as well as the use of the complete furnishings are included in the rental price. Electricity and insurance are also already included. Therefore, there are no additional service charges.

Internet is not included and would have to be organized by oneself if required.

Available from 7. January 2027
We are looking for someone who would like to take over the apartment for at least six months. Since we ourselves will be away for a longer period and currently do not know exactly how long our trip will last, the exact duration of the sublet is flexible and will be agreed upon together.

An outdoor parking space can be rented separately if required. This is located well 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment away.
