Temporary sublet Jan–Feb 2027: furnished shared apartment room with private bathroom in Zürich-Oerlikon

Malena (33) is looking for a nice female flatmate for January and February, as her flatmate Lena is traveling during this time.

The room:

• Private furnished room (approx. 12 m²) with bed and wardrobe, desk and screen available if needed
• Private bathroom
• Living room, kitchen and balcony for shared use, so you can use the entire apartment
• Washing machine and tumbler in the apartment

The key facts:

• Limited from 1 January to 28 February 2027
• Non-smoking apartment, no pets
• 8 minutes to Bahnhof Oerlikon, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop
• Coop, Jumbo, Migros etc. reachable within 5 minutes on foot

About the WG:
Marlena is a weekly resident and is mostly there from Monday evening to Thursday evening. The rest of the time, you have the apartment to yourself.

Who we are looking for:
A friendly, reliable and tidy woman aged 26+, who takes care of the apartment.
