Room in a shared flat

(german, see below) My daughter (16) and I (male, 41) have a room to offer for shared living. Surrounded by fields and meadows, close to the bus stop, stands an old, ivy-covered house. The Näfbach stream flows babbling right past the house. Nature here is unspoiled and beautiful, with the stream just a stone's throw from the front door. I often treat myself to a refreshing dip in the stream, which is home to fish, crayfish, dragonflies, and a kingfisher — so it seems to be clean. The spacious property offers a barbecue area with fireplace and smoker, plus a small swimming pool for shared use. The laundry room in the basement is shared, but since many tenants have their own, it's often free. The apartment is part of a multi-family house with 5 units. Although the walls are somewhat thin, there have never been any conflicts with neighbors. Within the apartment, you can rent either the small room (just over 9 sqm, approx. CHF 900/month) or the larger room (15 sqm), including or excluding the entrance hall (8 sqm) — price negotiable. Rooms can be rented unfurnished or furnished (bed in the room, wardrobe in the entrance hall). The shared living room is minimalist but cozy, with a large oak table, a TV including PS5, and a rowing machine & balance board. I work from home and have set up a small home office in the living room. However, since I'm in the process of relocating my main residence to Germany, there may be times when I'm away for a few days. My daughter is regularly here from Monday to Wednesday, and sometimes on weekends too. We're easygoing housemates — we enjoy a bit of small talk, but we're also comfortable keeping to ourselves. I enjoy cooking and appreciate good food, so shared dinners are definitely conceivable. We've learned that it only becomes clear over time whether living together works well for everyone. That's why the lease would initially be limited in duration. If there's mutual sympathy, an unlimited lease is of course possible afterward. Umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bushaltestelle ein altes, efeubewachsenes Haus. Direkt am Haus vorbei fliesst plätschernd der Näfbach. Die Natur ist unberührt und schön, der Bach nur einen Katzensprung von der Haustüre entfernt. Oft gönne ich mir ein erfrischendes Bad im Bach, der von Fischen, Flusskrebsen, Libellen und einem Eisvogel bevölkert ist und somit sauber zu sein scheint. Das grosszügige Grundstück bietet einen Grillplatz mit Cheminée und Smoker und einen kleinen Swimmingpool zur Mitbenutzung an. Die Wascheküche ist gemeinsam genutzt im Keller, da viele Parteien aber eine eigene haben ist sie oft frei. Die Wohnung ist eingegliedert in ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit 5 Parteien. Obwohl die Wohnungen einigermassen hellhörig sind, kam es noch nie zu Diskussionen mit den Nachbarn. In der Wohnung gibt es die Möglichkeit das kleine Zimmer (gut 9qm - ca. 900.- / Mtl. ) oder das grössere Zimmer (15 qm) inklusive oder exkl. Vorzimmer (8 qm) zu mieten (Verhandlungsbasis). Die Zimmer können leer oder möbliert (Bett im Zimmer, Schrank im Vorzimmer) gemietet werden. Das gemeinsam genutzte Wohnzimmer ist minimalistisch aber gemütlich eingerichtet, mit grossem Eichentisch, Fernseher inkl. PS5 und Rudergerät & Balanceboard. Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus und habe ein kleines Homeoffice im Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Da ich aber dabei bin, meinen Lebensmittelpunkt nach Deutschland zu verlagern, kann es vorkommen, dass ich durchaus mal einige Tage nicht da bin. Meine Tochter ist regelmässig von Montag bis Mittwoch da. Manchmal kommt sie auch am Wochenende. Wir sind unkomplizierte Mitwohnende - einen kleinen Smalltalk schätzen wir, sind uns aber auch selbst genug. Ich koche
