A unfurnished room is available in our 3-person shared apartment from July (exact date to be determined together) The apartment is located between Chailly and La Sallaz, in a quiet and well-served neighborhood. It is 110m² and includes a large living room, a veranda, a balcony, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it also has a cellar, an indoor bike room, a shared laundry room and the possibility of renting a parking space for a car or a motorcycle. Rent: CHF 987.- per month We appreciate sharing a meal, a drink or an activity from time to time, while respecting each person's space and rhythm. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to integrate into the life of the shared apartment, beyond just sharing an apartment. We are looking for an active, convivial and respectful person, ideally between 25 and 35 years old. The apartment is non-smoking and animals are not allowed. A participation of CHF 150.- is required for the furniture and equipment of the common areas. This amount will be fully refunded when you leave.
