The apartment has a large living and dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a laundry room incl. tumble dryer, a small fitness room, a shared terrace, and a garden bed where things can be planted.
The rent includes a flat rate for heating costs; depending on consumption, this will be refunded/recharged at the end of a year. WLAN included, electricity and water costs are split 50-50, the bill comes quarterly from the Stadtwerke.

My name is Fritz, I am 25 years old, recently finished my studies and work full-time. I like cooking and gardening, doing sports, and volunteering. In the last 6 years, I have lived in 4 shared flats and have come to enjoy living together.
I appreciate occasionally cooking, grilling, or watching a film together with my roommates, but also the freedom that everyone does their own thing.
