1 room single room

Cozy shared apartment room fully equipped. A family lives with mother and friend with 2 daughters (14) and every 2 weekends two boys (8+10) in the shared apartment. The room is near the kitchen and a separate guest toilet/shower. Washing machine is available. Everything else is possible with agreement and for shared use (e.g. balcony, bathtub). We wish for a decent and clean roommate.
