We are renting this small but cute 3-room apartment, equipped with heating (functioning with the heat pump), a small wood stove in the kitchen-dining area, new kitchen, bathroom with shower (in the process of total renovation), one small bedroom and one slightly more spacious one, no living room, private external parking space, new private washing machine in the apartment and drying rack in the garden. Suitable for a single person, NON-smoker, who knows how to keep things CLEAN and is solvent. The rental price is all-inclusive, except for electricity in winter, when it is cloudy for a long time. Cats are allowed.
