Room in a shared flat

Top location.. super lake view - 3 terraces (one 360 degrees) - very quiet Above Migros I'm looking for a roommate or single parent with child or temporary child. Special situation. The apartment is still advertised, I want to rent it, but not alone. Price-wise very high, but insane location. I (John or Jens) am a very considerate and kind-hearted person (mental coach with a future project) and like it very clean and tidy in the apartment (preferably minimalist in the common areas). Occasionally, my very lovely and quiet daughter Lea, 8, is with me. I'm looking forward to roommates who enjoy life and are more into lightness. Humor with a bit of verbal banter would be sensational. As a shared flat community, there are 0 expectations.. Either purpose-bound with fun, or joint actions, if it suits. Simply relaxed living together. Underground parking spaces are possible. Pets are okay, but having to take on additional responsibility in a shared flat is not very practical. No pets, please.
