In an old Genevan farmhouse dating from 1850, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Anières and the lake, a bright apartment of approximately 150 m² occupying the first and second floors of the property. Fully furnished and equipped, the accommodation includes: one very large living area combining a fully equipped American-style kitchen, a dining room and a lounge; two bedrooms (king size bed 200x180cm purchased -3 months + bed 180x125cm purchased 1 year); an additional space that can serve as an office or extra sleeping area; a terrace + balcony benefiting from an exceptional view of the lake; one parking space (covered). The apartment is particularly suitable for a couple, a family in transition, people temporarily relocated during works, or professionals on mission in the Geneva region (cf. rental duration). Rental duration Fixed-term residential lease, from September 2026 to January 2027 (or more depending on the date of the works). An entry around 15 September would be preferred, but availability from 1 September can be considered. N.B. As works are planned later in the property, the accommodation must be vacated at the agreed expiry (between 6 and 8 months). Any possible extension can only occur through a new written agreement, depending on the progress of the project. Financial conditions Net monthly rent: CHF 2750.
