I am renting out my sunny 2.5-room apartment furnished, with a beautiful lake view for sublet from mid-August 2026 (exact date and duration can be defined). For 1 person. The lake is reachable in only 5 minutes on foot. Perfect for walks, athletic activities or relaxed hours in nature. The apartment is very bright and well connected: A bus stop is located directly in front of the house, a parking space is available, and the highway is quickly reachable. Depending on agreement, my bicycle can be used. Washing machine and tumbler are available for general use.
