A family chalet for those who love nature and time standing still.

We are subletting our small furnished chalet for the year 2027 (duration to be discussed, minimum 6 months).

Built in 1940 and nestled in a large garden, this weekend chalet offers a magnificent view of the Alps and the lake. Only one neighbor year-round: total calm, in every season. Possibility to make a fire in the garden.

Through the seasons

Autumn: the sea of fog at your feet

Winter: snowshoe hikes from the door

Spring and summer: walks in the meadows and forests

Utilities, electricity, pellets and internet included in the rent

Heating with a pellet stove

Access The path is cleared of snow in winter by the local farmer. Access can nevertheless remain sporty during cold winters: a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Failing that, good winter tires are indispensable, and it is imperative to have snow chains in the trunk, just in case.

This is not an apartment nor a classic house: it is a chalet, and it must be looked after.

In winter, count on approximately one bag of pellets per day to put in the stove.

The rainwater is a limited resource: it must be saved (no 20-minute showers!).

The snow removal of the parking space and the surroundings of the chalet is your responsibility, as is mowing the lawn in summer.

Winter access requires a bit of organization and equipment.

It is a real heartbreaker, to be reserved for a person or a couple who wishes to live to the rhythm of nature and who loves taking care of the premises.
