2 ½ rooms apartment

We are traveling and are renting out our lovingly furnished apartment for two months. It is fully furnished and, with many plants and a balcony with a cozy lounge, offers a beautiful place to arrive and feel at home.

• Good connections to Bern: around 15 minutes by bus (Line 10), which runs every 5 minutes during the day
• Nature and walking paths quickly accessible

The apartment originally has 3.5 rooms on 83 m². One room with 15.5 m² remains locked during our absence and is not included in the rental. You will therefore have 2.5 rooms with around 67.5 m² available for use.

Period: 11. December 2026 to 5. February 2027. During this period, we are renting out our home for a limited time of one or two months. Do you only want to stay for part of the time? Feel free to write us your preferred dates; we will agree on the exact rental duration together.
Rent: CHF 1750 per month including utilities, electricity, internet, and furnishings.

We are looking for a reliable single person or a couple who will feel at home with us and handle our home with care. Our plants would appreciate occasional watering.
