3 rooms apartment

Furnished 3-room apartment for rent in St. Gallen for a limited period I am renting out my cozy, furnished apartment in St. Gallen from 14 December 2026 to 11 February 2027. The apartment can be rented for the entire period or a part of it. The minimum rental period is one month. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small house with a total of three units. There is no lift. It is about a 7-minute walk to St. Gallen station, and in about 15 minutes you are in the forest. The apartment is somewhat unconventional, but in return has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. The living room and kitchen are heated by a tiled stove. The firewood is included in the rental price and can be collected in the cellar. In winter, the tiled stove should be lit approximately once a day. This allows the living room and kitchen to be kept well and comfortably warm. The bedroom is not heated by the tiled stove. If desired, an electric heater is available for this purpose. I sleep without additional heating in the bedroom and currently have electricity and gas costs of approximately CHF 75 per month. Electricity and gas are not included in the rental price and will be billed at the end based on actual consumption. With regular use of the electric heater in the bedroom, the costs can be significantly higher depending on heating behavior and amount to approximately CHF 200300 per month. The shower is located directly in the kitchen. There is no separate bathroom and no bathtub. The private toilet is located in the stairwell directly by the apartment entrance door and is not used by anyone else. Non-smoking apartment, no pets. The apartment must be handed over clean and end-cleaned at the end of the rental period.
