Room in a shared flat

Approx. 1 minute walk from the Segantinistrasse bus station (bus no. 46), 5 minutes walk to Migros, Coop, Denner, Alnatura. Close to ETH Hönggerberg (approx. 10 minutes walk). Large, fully furnished room with a window front and lots of light. Shared use of kitchen, toilet/bathroom, and attic compartment. Washing machine/dryer in the basement. I'm a bit introverted and think it would be great if the second person was a bit introverted as well. As I have guinea pigs, it would be ideal if you don't have a pet-hair-allergy. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. The rent including utilities is 1000.-. Electricity, internet (LAN & Wi-Fi), furniture, household insurance, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. are separate. The total package is 1200.-. Deposit: 3 months rent (3600.- You get it back at the end if everything is fine). Please contact me stating that you read the complete costs and with something about living together.
