Room in a shared flat

Hey! :)
We, Xenja and Fatma, are looking for a new female or male roommate for an indefinite period starting at the latest at the end of January 2027 at our place on Glärnischstrasse in Stäfa. Moving in is already possible from November (by arrangement).

The room & the apartment:

• Your room: 15.7 square meters in size, bright and unfurnished.
• Rent: CHF 715.–/month including service charges (electricity and water are included – we currently do not have WLAN).
• Deposit: Upon moving in, a deposit in the amount of two months' rent must be paid.
• The apartment: A cozy, bright living room with an adjacent balcony, a kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
• Extras: A garage space can be optionally rented additionally for CHF 140.–/month. For shared use, there is a common laundry room (two washing machines, one dryer), a private cellar and an attic compartment for storage, and a small bicycle room.

Briefly about us:

• Xenja (28): Main tenant, trained decorative painter and currently in school for Matura preparation.
• Fatma (19): Currently still working part-time, but soon full-time in gastronomy.

We are both very animal-loving (own pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment according to the rental agreement), enjoy cooking and spend a lot of time with our friends.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a person who is reliable, quiet, and very clean and tidy, who likes to participate in the shared tasks of the WG and is preferably a non-smoker. We are happy to be open to shared evenings and activities!
