3 rooms apartment

I am giving up my apartment after 6 years because I am leaving Switzerland and I am looking for someone to take over. IMPORTANT: The contract must start on August 1st. I am looking for someone who does not own his/her own furniture as I intend to sell my furniture (in the photos) for 1780 CHF. If you do not meet the 2 conditions above, please do not contact me. The apartment was renovated in 2020, it looks very nice and it is fully furnished as shown in the photos. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 terrace/balcony. It is on the 1st floor (no elevator). It has fridge, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwaves, etc. The apartment is next to Metalli, 4 minutes walking distance to Zug main train station.
