The washing machine and the tumble dryer are shared in an uncomplicated manner with the other two parties in the house. Depending on your needs, you can also use a few garden beds for yourself. The apartment includes a second balcony with a fantastic far view of the Jura. And all this for only CHF 1100.- incl. NK. Rental start: 1.2.2027 or 1.3.2027.

The apartment is located only 15 km from Bern Zentrum and 3.5 km from Laupen station or 5 km from Rosshäusern station. A parking space and a bicycle parking space are available (included in the rent).
