2 rooms apartment

Hello !

I am moving out on 15 November from this superb large room (25 m2) in the heart of Lausanne, and I am looking for someone to take my place!

The room: fully furnished! I am only taking my decor with me.

The location: 10 min walk from the Lausanne station, 2 min from the Flon metro, shops, cafés and restos just downstairs.

The flatshare: you will share this large apartment with David, who is great. He loves cooking, sport, music and art. He is easy to live with (when he is there, because he is often away on business haha). The atmosphere is very safe and good vibes. The goal is to share small moments of life together, but without it ever being an obligation!

The profile sought: nice, open-minded, respectful, pleasant to exchange with. Someone who appreciates both autonomy and good moments to share. (David prefers a man, but if it resonates with you, write to me!)
