Spacious room in our 148 m2 large 5-room apartment. Kitchen, washing machine & dryer can be used free of charge. In the room there is a large LCD TV, own refrigerator with cooking utensils, WiFi (Internet) in the entire apartment. We, a 4-member Latino family, speak Spanish, German and English. The apartment is located 1 minute from the bus stop Hard and 5 minutes from the Embrach-Rorbas train station. We are looking for someone who is employed and enjoys their privacy. Embrach is a village of 9000 souls surrounded by many shops, hotels and restaurants and forests. Deposit: CHF 500. Upon request domiciliary holder CHF 360.
