In our spacious old building apartment, a beautiful, bright room with approx. 18 m² of living space is becoming available. The apartment offers around 125 m² of living space and is located directly by the Olma in a house with several shared flats, where an uncomplicated and pleasant coexistence is lived.
The room is available from 1 November 2026. The rental period is indefinite. The rent is CHF 450.– per month.
Included with the apartment are:

• Bright room with approx. 18 m²
• Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub)
• Washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment
• Separate cellar compartment
• Attic
• Roof terrace with grill, table and chairs for shared use in the house

The apartment is already well-equipped. A large part of the kitchen fittings and kitchen inventory, as well as other items such as sofa, vacuum cleaner etc., belong to the shared flat and remain in the apartment even in the event of a change of tenant.
Currently living with us:

• Sidney, studies economics at OST
• Oli, completing a university internship in the field of asylum law
• Adriana, currently looking for a job
• Marcel, works as a project developer in timber construction

We are a diverse, open group and welcome different backgrounds, life paths and interests. All people are welcome with us.
The shared flat will be gradually completely reoccupied by the end of December (except for Sidney). Since several previous residents are moving out at the same time, a new shared flat constellation is being created, which can be shaped together.
The apartment is operated by the Stiftung Wohnen und Hausen. The rooms are expressly aimed at people with low income, for example:

• People in transitional situations
