Room in a shared flat

Hello :) I am Aline – nature-loving plant and animal lover (plantbased) and enjoy being physically active. I can introduce myself more thoroughly later. I am looking for someone to live in this bright 4.5-room apartment with me. **What is offered** * Furnished room (approx. 16 m2) with wardrobe, bed and desk (for sale for 400.- total) * Own bathroom with shower (shower is used by everyone) * Own balcony with morning sun * Office, kitchen, living room and large balcony as well as laundry room and cellar for shared use * Parking space could be organized * Friendly, quiet roommate :) **Who I am looking for** A quiet, clean and reliable person who treats fellow humans and animals as well as the surroundings with respect. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house. We have a great neighborhood and are considerate of one another.
