Room in a shared flat

**The room** Beautiful, bright room (17 m²) in a large old building apartment in Kreis 4, directly near Stauffacher. The room is bright, has a large wardrobe, but is otherwise unfurnished and faces the backyard. The apartment has two bedrooms, a very large, open dining and living area, and two balconies. Parquet flooring, high ceilings, and plenty of daylight ensure real cozy old building charm. The location is top: Tram and bus directly in front of the door at Stauffacher, the main station is reachable in a few minutes. Cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. It would also be possible to swap the bedrooms; the other one is smaller and has less storage space, but is somewhat cheaper. **I am looking for** I am looking for a female or male flatmate who feels like making a real home out of the apartment together - not a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only). There is still potential to furnish more and make the apartment our own: I would like to choose furniture and decor together. You value a clean environment and respectful interaction with one another.
