Room in a shared flat

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other flatmate, making it a calm and easy living situation. He is a postdoctoral researcher at ETH and keeps a friendly, clean and respectful household.
The flat has a quiet atmosphere and is not a party flat. It would be especially suitable for a visiting researcher, PhD student, postdoc or young professional looking for a comfortable and peaceful home during a temporary stay in Zurich.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, clean and considerate, preferably in a similar age range (mid-20s to mid-30s). Non-smoking. Please include a short introduction about yourself when applying.

Rent
CHF 1,030 per month
Additional costs for internet, electricity and insurance: approx. CHF 40/month
Deposit: CHF 1,000, refundable at the end of the stay provided there are no damages.

Location
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, around a 10-minute walk from Schwamendingerplatz.
From there:

• Tram 7 goes directly to Zurich city centre.
• Tram 9 connects to ETH / Universitätsspital in around 15 minutes.
• Coop and Migros are located at Schwamendingerplatz.
• Bus lines 61 and 787 are around a 5-minute walk away and provide a quick connection to Oerlikon train station.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of shared living space while still offering a large private room.
