Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my cozy, furnished shared apartment room (13 m²) until 31 May 2027 while I am traveling. The room is bright, quiet, and overlooks greenery. The room includes a balcony and a bathroom, which are shared with one other person. The kitchen as well as two living rooms are used by a total of five roommates. The shared apartment is located in a large house over three floors, which means that living together is distributed super well despite several people. The interaction is uncomplicated: if you feel like socializing, there is always someone for it – but retreating is just as possible. Additionally, there is a garden with vegetable beds, berry bushes, chickens, a fire pit, and much more. What we are looking for: We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who leaves the kitchen tidy after cooking and does not have a cat allergy. 😊 Since we value sustainability, it would of course be great if this is also important to you. We are: Alischa, 27: I will not be there, as I will be traveling then. I normally work as a teacher, and in my free time, I like to go kickboxing or swimming. Célina, 31: Real estate fiduciary, likes going to concerts, is part of the band «Papa Ella», likes swimming, reading, and snowboarding, among other things. Linus, 31: Forester, likes snowboarding, nature and mountains, and enjoys doing things with friends. Olivia, 26: Teacher, likes traveling, likes reading and Pilates Nadine, 28: Team leader, likes traveling, baking, cycling, fitness Patrick, 27: Carpenter/project manager, likes playing football and enjoys tinkering.
