Room in a shared flat

I am going abroad for a semester this winter and renting out my room in our relaxed shared flat on a temporary basis, with the option to possibly take over the room after my stay abroad (we can clarify this during my stay). We are looking for someone who fits in well with the house and meets the requirements for a JuWo room. **The house:** We live in a house with 2 bathrooms, a shower, kitchen, living room, and a beautiful garden, so there is plenty of space to live and relax. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer. We use the garage as a recreational room (billiard table) and for storing bicycles. Additionally, there is a parking space in the driveway. **The shared flat:** We are four men in our early twenties, quiet but sociable. Anyone looking for an uncomplicated, friendly shared flat is in the right place. **The room:** Furnished, available for rent from August 1st to December 31st.
