**Spacious offices with all comforts – administrative use only** These offices are equipped as follows : * Kitchenette * Separate toilets * Spacious and bright rooms * Computer cabling possible via the building's central location * 4 parking spaces included in the rental The paintwork will be redone in the premises that need it. The furniture as well as the projector located in the large room upstairs, as well as in the premises on the right on the ground floor, will not be made available to future tenants. On the other hand, all remaining furniture can be kept according to the wishes of future tenants. **Contract duration** Minimum 2-year lease, renewable thereafter from year to year, with possibility of termination on the following dates: March 31, June 30 and September 30. **Flat-rate charges** Heating, water consumption, snow removal and electricity are included in the charge advances. If a recharge is needed for an electric vehicle, an analysis will have to be carried out and the charges may, if necessary, be readjusted. Note that electricity costs are included in the flat-rate charges, provided it is a standard use, without activity involving high specific consumption.
