Sublet Nov.–Dec (dates flexible) furnished 25.8 m² room in new 3.5-room apartment, Tribschen Luzern

I will be traveling in November and December 2026 and am subletting my room for this period (possibly longer). The apartment is a first occupancy (completed September 2026), fully furnished, and you will share it with Lorenz (33), who works as a doctor in Luzern. Relaxed two-person shared apartment.

The room is 25.8 m², is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk) and is located on the 2nd floor of the Bogenhaus at Weinberglistrasse 4. Oak parquet, large window, directly next to the loggia. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment.

The 52 m² living/dining area with open kitchen and kitchen island, fully equipped, as well as the loggia (7.8 m²) are used jointly. Additionally, elevator, secured bicycle room, drying room, courtyard and communal roof terrace. The new building is Minergie-certified.

Location: Bakery and Lidl directly in the building, Treibhaus and Bar 59 around the corner, lake and Ufschötti within 20 minutes on foot, main station in 5 minutes by bike or bus.

Rental period: 2. November to 32. December 2026 (dates slightly adjustable). Deposit 2 months' rent.
