1 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a successor tenant as of 15 November for my beautiful and very centrally located apartment. It is located between Marktplatz and Barfüsserplatz and everything one needs is reachable within a few minutes on foot with a direct connection to tram and bus. The apartment is approximately 52m2 in size with a large cooking, living, and dining area. The bedroom is separated in the rear area of the apartment without a door. The apartment is very bright through windows on both sides. \- Own washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment \- Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment \- Modern bathroom with rain forest shower \- Own storage space in the attic (separated with built-in shelves) \- Small pets allowed, for larger animals (cats, dogs, etc.) the consent of the administration is required \- Lift in the building I have lived here for almost 3.5 years now and was very happy here. The house itself is very well soundproofed and you hear nothing from the neighbors. When there are events in the city center, you notice that too, but since the bedroom is turned away from the street side, that was never a problem for me. Except for Fasnacht: then it means either joining in or leaving the city for 3 days!
