Room in a shared flat

Hello! Following the departure of one of us for Zurich, we are looking for someone to join our shared flat of four starting from 1st December. We are 23, 25 and 26 years old, and we would ideally like to welcome a girl under 29 years old, if possible a young professional, active and vegetarian (vege/vegan flatmate), and preferably speaking French.

In the flat, C (m) loves cooking, the mountains and cinema. M_1 (m) is committed, also loves the mountains and does improv. M_2 (f) loves board games, cycling trips and salsa. We like to share meals and game evenings together, but everyone also has their own life on their side 😊

The apartment has two bathrooms, and the one for the room for rent is shared with M_2. We also benefit from a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, a small cellar and a bicycle room 🚲 Regarding location, it is very practical: the Migros is 4 minutes away on foot, Montelly 8 minutes, and the station 20 minutes.

The rent is 1040 CHF per month, to which wifi and electricity are added, for a total of approximately 1080 CHF. A deposit of 22.0 CHF is requested.
