New tenant sought for 3-room apartment in Erlenbach We are looking for a **new tenant as of 01.09.** for our beautiful 3-room apartment in Erlenbach. **Important:** For the takeover of the apartment, an income of **at least CHF 110'000.– per year** is required, as the monthly rent should ideally not exceed approximately one third of the income.
