Room in a shared flat

**New apartment, new place, new shared flat – maybe with you? 😊** I am looking for a like-minded flatmate for my new 3.5-room apartment, starting immediately. I will be moving in **on Sunday, 16.08.2026** – so we would essentially start together in a new place and build our shared flat from the very beginning. The apartment is only **3 years old**, modern and open in design, and has a large kitchen-cum-living area with an adjacent living and dining area. Zürich-Manegg is the sweet spot of Zürich for me: peace away from the city bustle and yet in under 10 min by bike in the city. 🏠 **Your room** Your room is approx. **12 m² in size** and has **direct access to the balcony**. In total, the apartment has 3.5 rooms – so everyone has their own retreat. If the room door is closed, that is completely okay and everyone can enjoy their peace. Based on experience, however, my door is usually open. 😉 The apartment also features: * its own laundry tower * large balcony with a direct view of the Sihl and the forest at Uetliberg * modern open kitchen * optional parking space for rent * and very importantly: lots of nature right at the doorstep 🌿 If you feel like **gardening** on the balcony: feel free! 😄 Personally, I prefer to admire plants outside in nature rather than taking care of them at home. But I am not opposed to picking up the watering can sometimes. 🚴‍♂️ **And who are you?** I am looking for someone who is approximately **30–40 years old**, **well-established in their professional life** and interested in a relaxed, uncomplicated, and also somewhat sporty **2-person shared flat**. Basically, you should have your own life and know what you want – but at the same time be open to doing something spontaneously together. **Sports would, of course, be a huge plus.** 😄 I enjoy riding my road bike and MTB, going hiking, trail running, going to the gym, and generally like being outdoors. So if you are also enthusiastic about something active, a joint after-work session would be quite cool. 🚴‍♂️🥾🏔️ But don't worry: **The shared flat is not intended to be a sports shared flat.** If you prefer to lie on the sofa after work, that is of course just as legitimate. What is most important to me is that people get along well, can deal with each other in an uncomplicated way, and both feel: This is not just a shared flat for convenience.
