Room in a shared flat

Heey:) Are you looking for a cozy room in the Zurich Oberland? I have something Together with my colleague (we are both 28 years old), we live in a 4.5 room apartment, 10-15 minutes on foot from Rüti train station, right in the middle of the countryside (fruit farm) we are surrounded by nature and have a dog and cat ourselves :) if you also have a four-legged friend, that's welcome. We have our own washing machine + tumble dryer, parking spaces (but would prefer a roommate without a car - but we can gladly share our car), a dining room, a TV room, and a small garden with a seating area and grill. We are both often on the go, but we also appreciate contact within the shared apartment with joint grill or game nights with friends. If that appeals to you, we would be happy to get to know you in person. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can meet their obligations. Rent is 1000.- including ancillary costs.
