4 ½ room apartment

For my cozy 4½-room apartment on the third floor, I am looking for a successor tenant as of 15 December. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and ample storage. The open dining area with access to the living room creates a pleasant living atmosphere. Peace and quiet can be enjoyed on the balcony. The apartment includes one bedroom, another room to be used as a children's room or office, as well as a bathroom. The entrance area can be separated and locked off via two doors leading to the kitchen and the living room. Two cellar compartments offer additional storage space. Furthermore, two outdoor parking spaces and potentially one garage space are available. There is no lift. Rent: CHF 1’476.– per month including service charges. Outdoor parking spaces: CHF 40.– per month each additionally. The apartment is located very quietly in a dead-end street with a 40 km/h limit, directly on the Töss and by the forest. The Rämismühle-Zell train station is about a one-minute walk away. The S26 runs every half hour and reaches Winterthur in about 22 minutes. During peak morning and evening traffic times, the S11 also runs hourly. Viewing appointments can be arranged via the contact form. If interested, I look forward to receiving a registration stating your desired date.
