Room in a shared flat

The apartment has a wide hallway with many built-in cupboards, two bathrooms (one with WC and bathtub, the other with shower, washing machine and dryer), a kitchen (with dishwasher), two bedrooms, a large living room and an office/dressing room (also with a built-in cupboard). WLAN and cable TV are available. Thanks to the many large windows, the apartment is very bright. It is the only apartment in the building, all other floors are offices. The apartment is very centrally located in the Altstadt, with an unobstructed view of the Pilatus, the Rigi, the Museggmauer and the Reuss. Coop, Migros and Aldi are reachable in 1-2 minutes, the Hauptbahnhof in 12 minutes on foot. A bus stop is directly in front of the building. If you have a car, there are parking spaces available to rent in the parking garage under the Coop. Your room is 14m2 and can be taken over semi-furnished: the white shelf, the desk, the chair, the bed frame with slatted frame remain. You will share the apartment with me (I have lived in this apartment for 3 years). I am 45 years old, come from Spain and work as an International Sales Engineer. I am often on the road or traveling during the week. I do sports regularly (fitness, hiking, road cycling, swimming) and like to go for walks in the city or have a drink/eat something. I am an orderly, respectful and relaxed person. I have a cleaning service every 2 weeks for the common rooms with my current WG roommate. For this service, we pay a total of CHF 186 per month.
