Travel journalist is looking for a roommate

From 16 October, my modern, completely furnished and equipped 2.5 room dream apartment with balcony will be available to you for ten months, a 10 min. walk from the Uni Zürich.
Gross rent CHF 1500 per month, everything included such as electricity, laundry room, water, heating, and internet, TV and radio with fees, office and kitchen equipment, furniture as in the picture and, if required, also bed linen.
Most of the time you will be alone, as I am travelling a lot as a journalist until summer 2027 and, as a Project Manager with job sharing, I repeatedly have to go to Africa. We will share the apartment for a few days after your move-in on 16 Oct. 2026 and after that about 10-15 days every 2nd month.
The above-mentioned rent of CHF 1500 all included is for the sole use of the apartment. In the case of shared use, we split the rent and all costs: you only pay half of about 50 CHF per day.
Ideally for me and the administration would be a roommate with flatshare experience, single, non-smoker, without pet but with CH address and CH ID, studying or employed.
