I am a professional firefighter and am looking for a reliable, dynamic, and autonomous person to take care of my animals and look after my house during my professional absences, approximately 100 days per year. Living in the house are 9 dogs, 3 rabbits, chickens, and 2 small goats. The dogs are very well trained and walks are done in several groups, so that the outings remain pleasant and easy to manage. On the days when I work, there is about 4 hours of actual work to account for distributed throughout the day, as well as a regular presence with the animals. This proposal is particularly suitable for someone working part-time, remotely, or with flexible hours. In exchange: a beautiful individual room of 16 m², bright and entirely renovated, in a pleasant house with a garden, located in a very calm environment in Illarsaz, in Valais. The atmosphere of the house is simple and convivial: animals, nature, tranquility, and the pleasure of the little things in everyday life. I am primarily looking for someone I can truly count on, who sincerely loves animals and wishes to commit in the long term. This is not a proposal intended for someone simply looking for free accommodation: the animals and their well-being are at the heart of this exchange. The terms can be discussed and I am open to different forms of organization if the right balance is found.
