After someone moved out, we are looking for reinforcement for our 4-person shared apartment (WG) again.

The 5.5 room apartment, built in 2012 and measuring 125m2, is located on the 3rd floor and is perfectly centrally located in the center meeting zone in Bülach. Restaurants, post office, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. It is 5 minutes to Bülach station, and from the front door, it takes 20-25 minutes to Zürich HB, Zurich Airport-Kloten, Winterthur HB, and Schaffhausen.

Our available and unfurnished room is 16m2 and has large windows. Washing machine and dryer are directly in the apartment, bathroom and kitchen are for shared use and cleaned by a cleaning service. Your share of the service charges (heating, water, caretaker) is already included in the rent and is a fixed Fr. 55.-; your share of our shared WG costs (electricity, internet, cleaning service, Serafe) is separately fixed at Fr. 95.- per month, making a total of 1120.- with your share of the rent, and this will not increase even if someone moves out.

We are an uncomplicated and mixed WG, rather quiet and tidy. You should be roughly between 25 and 45 years old and strictly smoke- and vape-free; m/f is open, and no pets allowed.
Garage spaces are available for 160.-.
