Flatmate wanted: For rent is a beautiful, bright and furnished room in a quiet 4-person non-smoking shared apartment (WG) without pets in a detached single-family house. The room is approx. 15m2 in size, has a bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and a small table. The shared apartment includes a bathroom with natural light and WC, a separate WC, a kitchen-cum-dining room with a large table and corner bench, a living room with TV and a garden with a lounge for shared use. Included in the rent of sFr. 690.-- are the utility costs such as electricity, heating, W-Lan and a bicycle parking space in the garage. A parking space (PP) can be rented additionally if required for 60.-- (covered) or 50.-- (outdoors). The room is only rented for sole use by one person, the minimum rental period is 12 months. A deposit of 2 months' rent is to be paid upon signing the contract. It is approx. 12min on foot to the train station. A train runs 4x per hour to Zürich (20min travel time) and 4x towards Uster (5min travel time). The Greifensee is only approx 2km away.
