Hello! Our strictly non-smoking, spacious, and fully furnished room will be available from 1st of September 2026. It is located in a 3-room apartment, with a total of 3 residents, legally 1 person per room. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for those seeking a relaxed and restful home. Please note that this is not a party house. The monthly rent includes all utilities as well as the following amenities: * Fully equipped kitchen * Bedding (pillow, duvet, and covers) * Towels * Smart TV (with device connectivity) Our apartment is centrally located and has excellent connections to public transport: * 12 minutes to Zurich HB (main station) * 8 minutes to Zurich Airport * 2–6 minutes walk to two train stations, two tram stops, and bus stops Shops for daily needs are also nearby: * Local shops: 2–6 minutes on foot * Larger supermarkets: 10 minutes on foot * Supermarkets at the airport: 8 minutes by public transport This is an ideal option for newcomers who want to save the effort of completely furnishing an empty home themselves.
